Context

I’ve had this game concept in mind for some time, but I couldn’t focus on it while Swerve Hurdle. After its release, I discussed the pitch with my business partner, who contributed to the programming and music. His space-themed story idea inspired me to create proof-of-concept art set in an alien world.

My goal for the proof of concept was to create a trailer that showcases the intro fight scene, seamlessly transitioning into the game’s UI. The virus infecting the Robo Alien and changing its colors powerfully demonstrates the setting and mechanics. The order from oldest to newest; Storyboarding 1/2 and Storyboarding 2.
